We like to begin our days with Saffron Cheer which is a quick and energetic team activity where the team at each store comes together and sings the following cheer aloud. This activity is one of the most loved amongst our employees as it fills them up with positive energy.

Young Saffron Brigade

We take pride in our young workforce who keep our work culture focused towards growth with their enthusiastic efforts. The average age of our Young Saffron Brigade is 26 years. Work-Life Balance

We have second and fourth Saturdays as well as all Sundays off for corporate employees, thereby ensuring a good work-life balance. Along with Casual Leaves and Paid Leaves, we grant 2 more Special Leaves on Employee Birthday and Marriage Anniversary. Additionally, salary is credited consistently on the 7th of every month. We believe that a good work-life balance brings a greater level of work satisfaction and thus boosts overall motivation, happiness, and performance in the organization.
